Call Ingestion

An inbound call triggers our Twilio webhook. We immediately register the call and bridge it to our Retell Voice SIP leg within 500 milliseconds—answering on the first ring.

Caller Recognition & Greeting

Our API calls `lookup_customer` in the database. Voco determines if the guest is new or returning. If returning, their name and prior orders are loaded to formulate a personalized greeting.

Interactive Ordering & Upselling

Voco builds the order. If the customer asks questions about ingredients or pricing, Voco responds dynamically. Before confirming, Voco proposes pairings and dessert upsells.

POS Sync & Kitchen Printing

Voco provides final order details, total, and a 4-digit order number. Our POS Router routes the order to Square. Simultaneously, Star CloudPRNT triggers the physical kitchen printer.
